Overview
Location: Onsite- West Chester, PA
Job Type: Full Time, Contract
Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, No C2C
The A.C. Coy Company has an immediate opening for an RF Technician position. Ideal candidates must knowledge of RF Principles with at least 2 years of hands on experience.
Responsibilities
- Tests, troubleshoots, and repairs RF circuit boards used in RAN equipment
- Troubleshoots to the component level
- Work with Remote Radio Head (RRH) engineering team, interacting closely with engineers and technicians
- Use network analyzers to gather RF data for reports in the support of RRH product development
- Reads and works from schematics
- Run PIM (Passive Intermodulation) test equipment to troubleshoot and repair antenna prototypes
- Maintains satisfactory Quality performance levels
- Maintain a clean, organized work station
- Trains and/or assists other Technicians in aspects of repair
Qualifications
Experience
- Must possess knowledge of RF principles
- Possess soldering and de-soldering skills
- In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit componentry and theory
- Must be able to use signal generator
- Must be able to use Spectrum analyzer
- Must possess knowledge of VSWR, ACLR & feedback circuits
- Experience with receive & amplifier circuits
- Electronics Certification
- Pass a Technical Aptitude Test
- (Internal applicants) 2 years’ experience as a Technician B
- Letter of recommendation from immediate Supervisor (internal applicants)
